Verizon customers can make one-time payments or set up automatic payments via bank account, credit card or debit card by logging into their My Verizon accounts. Once logged in, customers can also set up payment plans and review past and current bills.
Access My Verizon by selecting the "My Verizon" tab on the Verizon.com homepage, then clicking the "Sign In" link. Enter the username and password associated with the account. Typically, payments are credited and interrupted service is restored within 30 minutes of making a successful online payment.
My Verizon is available for wireless, Internet, cable and home phone accounts. In addition to viewing and paying bills, logged-in customers can add or change services, renew contracts, order equipment and download apps. FiOS Internet customers can also use My Verizon to manage their My Rewards+ points.
Customers who are unable to pay online can also remit payment by mail or make payments in person at authorized payment centers. Payment centers may charge convenience fees for accepting payments.
