Every company is different, but, in general, each company has a form for others to fill out to nominate someone for a particular accolade or award. This form is then presented to the appropriate boss or superior. If you are concerned about appropriate protocol, be sure to ask your supervisor.

There are many employees who may be deserving of employee of the month, but the key is to find one specific person who demonstrates exemplary job performance.

Ask your supervisor for a nomination form, or suggest that an employee be elected employee of the month.
- Fill out the form
Fill the form out thoroughly, making sure to mention all of the relevant reasons why the specific employee deserves the title, and then give the form to your supervisor.
