Customers can get assistance between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Representatives are also available on the weekends between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST. Customers can also visit the Panasonic website at any time to order replacement parts, register products or locate a nearby service center.

Customers who need assistance before deciding to purchase a Panasonic product can call 1-800-405-0652 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST Monday through Friday and between noon and 5 p.m. EST on the weekends.

Although customers can call the product service representatives for free, Panasonic may charge the customer for repairs and related shipping costs if the issue cannot be resolved by phone.

Some repairs may be covered under a manufacturers warranty or under the SquareTrade Care Plan if purchased with the Panasonic item.
