Analysis from career site Glassdoor has shown that hourly, non-managerial employees throughout the United States average between $7.50 and $8 per hour.

It must be noted that state and local minimum wage laws differ by jurisdiction and worker wages throughout a chain as vast as McDonald's do vary. McDonald's locations, as with many fast food franchises, are not all company-owned and franchisees must be wiling follow company practices and abide by local and state minimum wage laws when compensating their employees.
