Click MARVIN on the left side of the Unemployment Insurance Agency Online Services Web page. Click NOW Access MARVIN Online under the MARVIN heading on the right of the Web page.
On the Michigan Web Account Manager Web page, employers registered with the State of Michigan for unemployment taxes may register for an online account, notes the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency. Click the Sign Up for Employer Online Services link under the Online Services for Employers heading and follow the prompts. Required information includes the businesses' unemployment insurance agency account number, ZIP code and federal employer identification number.
Claimants who filed a Michigan unemployment insurance claim within the past two years may create an online account, explains the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency. Click the Sign Up for Claimant Online Services link under the Online Services for Claimants heading. Required information includes the claimant's email address, telephone number, Social Security number and date of birth.
