Metropolitan Transit Authority employees can access the employee portal by signing in on the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's Business Service Center website. Employees should visit MTABSC.info, click Employees & Retirees, then log in using their credentials or follow the webpage instructions for first-time users.
Employees logging into the Business Service Center self-service website for the first time must create a temporary password. This password includes the first initial of the employee's first name, the first initial of the employee's last name and the last four digits of the employee's Social Security number, followed by @MTA. For example, if the last four digits of Jane Doe's Social Security number are 5555, her temporary password is jd5555@MTA.
First-time users can complete account setup by clicking the link in step two of the First-time User Setup instructions and entering their Business Service Center ID and temporary password. They should then create a new password, which must be at least eight characters long and contain at least one letter, one uppercase character, one special character and one number. Employees can enter their ID and new password in the log-in box on the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's Business Service Center self-service website to access the employee portal.
If an employee has forgotten his password or Business Service Center ID, he can use the links on the left side of the page below the log-in box to reset the password or look up the ID.
