To locate a Social Security office to apply in person, go to the SSA.gov main page, scroll down, and select Contact Us under Items of Interest. Click on Find an Office, enter your ZIP code in the search engine, and click on Locate. To find Social Security contact phone numbers, click on Call Us after selecting Contact Us.

To locate the offices of health care providers that accept Medicare, go to the Medicare.gov main page, select Forms, Help, & Resources, and click on Find Doctors, Hospitals, & Facilities, explains Medicare.gov.
