There are only a few circumstances where Maytag offers replacement for scratched or dented products. The main requirement is that the scratch and/or dent occurs because of defects in either workmanship or materials. This must be reported to Maytag within 30 days of purchase.
Scratches and dents that only affect the look of the appliance are considered excluded from the Maytag warranty. Maytag may also pay for parts or repair labor if the appliance meets the warranty requirements.
