Verizon provides customers four ways to pay a Verizon Wireless bill, as of April 2015. Customers can pay online, by phone, via postal mail and in person at a Verizon Wireless store.
To pay online, customers should navigate to the Pay Bill section of the My Verizon account. They can also set up automatic online payments. To pay by phone, customers can the toll-free number or call "#PMT" from a Verizon cellphone on the account.
Mail pay involves sending payments to an official address that depends on the customer's particular ZIP code. Customers can use the Verizon Wireless store locator tool on the website to find a store for in-person bill pay. Cash is accepted at the stores.
