Ford Credit offers a variety of monthly payment options to choose from, including online, mobile and telephone payments. It also offers payments via Western Union and MoneyGram or by payroll deduction. Customers may also make their Ford Credit payment via mail, if desired.
Customers wishing to make their payments online should log in to the "Account Manager" on the Ford Credit website or its mobile site. Once logged in, select the tab labeled "Payment Options" and choose whether to make one payment or set up an automatic payment plan. Customers with more than one payment to make can also complete an enrollment form on the website to enroll in combined billing. This allows for one payment to be made to two or more Ford Credit accounts at the same time. This form is also available by calling Ford Credit's customer service number at (866) 763-5539.
Ford Credit offers customers the option to pay via phone by dialing (800) 334-1161, as of April 2015. This payment method comes with a transaction fee. Customers can visit Ford Credit's website to find Quick Collect information for Western Union and receive code information for MoneyGram payments.
Ford Credit customers may also mail payments to the address listed on their monthly invoices if desired. Payments should be mailed in advance of the due date to ensure Ford has time to process them.
