Employers and brokers use the Online Account Management service provided through the Coventry Health Care website to eliminate paperwork as well as view and pay bills electronically. They receive email notifications when invoices are available and when Coventry processes their payments. They can make single payments or set up recurring payments, according to Coventry Health Care.
Plan members visit the My Online Services website to view bills and pay them online. A member can also pay bills using the Coventry Mobile application on an Android smart phone, tablet, iPhone or iPad, as Coventry Health Care indicates.
Coventry Health Care provides a detailed video illustration of the registration process. When plan members visit the website for My Online Services registration, they enter the member identification number from their ID cards, ZIP code, date of birth and email address. Then, they read the User Agreement and accept the terms in order to proceed. The next page automatically shows the member's name. The member then selects a username, password, and a secret question and answer, as Coventry Health Care reports.
