Aspire cardholders can pay online, by telephone, by mail, or via Western Union or Money Gram, as of 2015. Cardholders can also make payments at their banks or enroll in the Automatic Payment Plan to have payments automatically deducted from their checking accounts, according to Aspire.
Aspire does not accept payments made by debit card or by using another credit card. Cardholders can pay online by visiting Aspirecard.com and selecting the Make A Payment tab from the menu on the landing page, then registering an ID and password, logging in, and entering an amount and the billing information. Platinum Card holders can access their accounts online by selecting the MasterCard Credit Card option under the Additional Services tab on Aspire.com.
Cardholders can pay by telephone by calling 800-348-8783, selecting “1” for English or “2” for Spanish, entering their 16-digit card numbers, and following the prompts, or by mailing a personal check, cashier’s check or money order in a stamped envelope to: Aspire Card Services at P.O. Box 105555, Atlanta, GA, 30348-5555.
