To make an online appointment for the Genius Bar at the Apple Store, go to the Apple Support site, select Contact Support, and then click Get Started. Choose your Apple device, and continue selecting topics and options until you arrive at the page where you can click Visit the Genius Bar.
Devices listed on the Apple support page include Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and iPod. After choosing a device and category, such as battery issues or problems with apps, select an appropriate topic to solve your problem. Alternatively, choose The Topic is Not Listed. The subsequent pages may show potential solutions that you can try on your own.
Click No or No Thanks if the suggestions don?t help. Select Continue if the support page offers email or text assistance. Finally, choose Visit the Genius Bar. The page may display a Take in for Service option based on the problem you?re experiencing. If these options do not appear, go back to the previous pages and choose a different help topic.
Once you?ve opted to visit the Genius Bar, type your zip code to see a list of Apple Stores in your area. Click Choose Store after finding your desired location, and sign in using your Apple ID to set a date and time for your appointment.
