To make a one-time online rental payment, click the highlighted Make a one-time payment link. When the ePayment page displays, enter your Tenant ID or Customer ID, which the NYCHA lists on every tenant remittance slip. Then click the Continue button, and enter your Account Number or Invoice Number, which you can also find on the remittance slip. The site charges $0.30 for the one-time online payment service.

You can also register for e-Bill, which allows the tenants of the NYCHA to receive monthly paperless bills and pay them online for free. To sign up for e-Bill, click the highlighted Sign-up for e-Bill today link on the Enhanced Rent Payment Options page of the Residents' Corner section of the site.

When the e-Bill login page displays, click the Sign Up link. Like with one-time online payments, tenants must provide both the Tenant ID or Customer ID and the Account Number or Invoice Number listed on their remittance slips.
