When paying online using your checking account, there is no additional fee. If you want to set up automatic payments, you can do so directly through your online account, with the ability to make changes at any time. If you pay with your credit or debit card, there is a convenience fee of $3.50 as of 2015. If you do not want to make online payments, you can pay your bill by mail or by phone. Set up direct payments from your bank account through your bank. When mailing your payment, send a check or money order to the remittance address listed on your bill.
