To track a shipment, a customer can enter the PRO number into the form on HollandRegional.com. The customer can also search for it by entering the BOL or PO in addition to the destination ZIP or postal code.
The PRO number, or tracking number, for each shipment is emailed to the customer with the invoice and the Bill of Landing. A customer can also use a Purchase Order number to search for the order.
Not all shipments have PRO numbers associated with them, but sometimes a shipment has several. Each PRO number, such as those assigned each to a pallet, are listed on the BOL and given a "master" PRO, which is then used for tracking.
