As of 2015, a Gordmans customer satisfaction survey takes approximately 15 minutes to fill out thoughtfully. The survey includes one open question requiring an original response, and the rest is multiple choice.
Survey questions include which department or departments of the store a customer visited, how much merchandise was purchased compared to expectations going in, a rating of the performance of the Gordmans sales staff and personal information such as age, gender, income and marital status.
In theory, the survey is accessible on any Web-enabled device by logging on to TellGordmans.com. In practice, as of 2015, the survey has no mobile page and is cumbersome to complete on a tablet or smartphone. Each survey invitation is only valid once, so customers cannot complete it in multiple sittings.
