To log in to Baxter Credit Union online, you must first create an account by going to the Website, clicking the "Log In" button located in the top-right corner and then clicking "Set up access" to sign up.
In order to complete your account setup, you must have your member number, the last four digits of your Social Security number, your driver's license and your email address.
If you don't remember your member number, you can locate it in the welcome letters or emails that you received upon first joining BCU. If you need further help finding it, you can also call Member Relations at 800-388-7000. Providing the last four digits of your SSN helps verify your identity, and your driver's license information helps to further protect your account. Your email address is required because you are sent a temporary password during the setup process and are asked to answer three security questions in case you later forget your password.
Some of the features of BCU's Online Banking includes the ability to transfer funds, view your account history, check your credit store, deposit checks from anywhere and make loan or credit card payments.
