When creating your account, you need to verify your identity, enter a unique user ID, provide your preferred contact information, and enter your activation code. Ensure that your contact information is current, as ADP sends notifications from your organization to the phone number and email address you provide. Then, create a strong password with at least eight characters, including at least one number and one letter. Your user ID is not case-sensitive, but passwords are case-sensitive. There are also three additional fields to choose security questions, which ADP requires in case you forget your password or hackers compromise your account. Enter answers that you can always remember to confirm that you are the rightful owner of the account. After completing all mandatory fields, click the Register button. Once you register, you can access the payroll portal and manage your account information.
