To access the Medicare glossary, go to the main page of the Medicare.gov website, and click on Glossary in the menu in the top right corner of the page. Click on each letter of the alphabet to peruse terminology in alphabetical order. To access the glossary on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid website, go to the CMS.gov main page, scroll down to the menu at the bottom of the page, and click on Glossary under Tools. Select alphabet letters to access definitions according to alphabetical order. To go to a separate glossary of acronyms related to Medicare and Medicare policies, click on Acronyms Tool under Related Links Inside CMS header.
