If you made a purchase at a retail stand-alone Lands’ End store or Lands’ End outlet, you may return this merchandise to any Lands’ End store or outlet. Be sure to bring your original receipt or gift receipt for the items you want to return. Lands’ End stores and outlets cannot accept returns for purchases made from Lands’ End Shops at Sears.

Your refund will be issued in your original form of payment or a gift card. Refund checks will be issued if the purchase dates back over nine months.

If you don’t have a receipt for your purchase, Lands’ End will refund you for the lowest selling price of the item. This refund will be issued as a gift card.

Lands’ End outlet stores sell first-quality overstock, clearance and sale styles and “not quite perfect” merchandise. Sizes and colors at outlet stores are limited. Outlet stores feature the same services as retail stores, including free returns, fit assistance and gift card sales.
