What Kinds of Homes Does Heritage Homes Sell?

Heritage Home Centers sells and builds modular houses in six states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Heritage Home has 11 housing models as of 2015.

Among the models sold by Heritage Home is the Berkley, a 2,400-square-foot, three-bedroom home with a beachfront design and an open foyer. The Buckingham model covers 2,200 square feet and three bedrooms on the first floor. The owner can convert the second floor's 1,100 square feet of unfinished area into additional bedrooms or a large study.

Heritage Home's Chesapeake model is 1,792 square feet in area and has two bedrooms and a library on the first floor. The second floor has 1,000 square feet of unfinished area.

The George Washington model has a master bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. The third floor is available for living room or attic space. The Georgetown has 2,205 square feet and three bedrooms on its single floor. Heritage Home Center states it is one of its best-selling models.

The Keystone model has 1,726 square feet and a bedroom on the first floor. It features 750 square feet of finished area, including two bedrooms, on the second floor. The home includes a gas fireplace.
