Find items with free shipping while shopping on Amazon.com by looking for the Free Shipping label in the product overview section of the items you’re buying. Use the Free Shipping filter in the navigation bar to filter out unwanted results.
Navigate to Amazon.com, type the name of the desired product in the search field, and click on the magnifying glass icon. Once the page lists the products, click on the Free Shipping by Amazon link in the Narrow Your Choices section. Amazon.com provides free shipping only if the order exceeds $35 worth of eligible products, as of 2015. Another limitation is that Amazon.com doesn’t allow adding ineligible items to the order to pass the $35 threshold. If you cancel an eligible item and bring the order down below the threshold during the checkout phase, the order doesn’t qualify for free shipping.
Amazon.com provides an alternative free two-day shipping option as part of the Amazon Prime service. Though it requires a paid one-year membership, Amazon.com lets you use the two-day free shipping option during the free 30-day trial of Amazon Prime. To use this option, check the box next to the Free Two-Day Shipping option on the product page before adding it to the cart.
