Customers also use the Hartford annuity contract access portal to view the historical performance and accumulation unit values that are specific to their own accounts, states Hartford Investor. Customers can also make changes to their home and email addresses as well as their personal identification number.
Customers who want to make an additional contribution to their account need to log in to their annuity contract access account and select the Additional Contribution option, which is located under the Process a Transaction drop-down menu, says Hartford Investor. From there, the customer selects the method, chooses the dollar amount, selects the investment choice for the additional contribution, and enters the bank account information from which the money is transferred, says the Hartford Investor.
If a customer wants to change any future contribution allocations, they can do so by logging in to their annuity contract access account and selecting the Future Contribution Allocations option.
