The ABM online pay stub solution is only available to employees on direct deposit and those who are paid through the ABM Pay Card. For an employee to access his documents online, he must have a user ID and password. To create an initial user ID, the employee must use the first letter of his legal first name, his middle name and the last four digits of his Social Security number. The initial password consists of the last six numbers of the employee's Social Security number. This initial password must be changed once the employee logs in for the first time.

ABM protects employee information from loss, misuse or alteration, but employees must also protect their information by not disclosing their passwords to other people. Employees are advised not to make more than seven failed login attempts. Instead, they should click on the Forgotten Password button, which allows them to answer security questions and set a new password to access their accounts.
