McKesson Pharmaceuticals also serves organizations such as Fairview Ridges Hospital located in Minneapolis/St. Paul and the associated Fairview Health Services facilities covering seven hospitals in greater Minnesota. In addition, McKesson works with Health Future, a network of 26 hospitals serving communities throughout Oregon and Nevada, including Rogue Valley Medical Center.
McKesson also contracts with California-based practice management firm Sanctus Healthcare, which provides support for delivery of services in a chronic care management environment. Sanctus focuses on independent physicians working in private practice.
Additionally, McKesson works with the Department of Veterans Affairs in a partnership program called Comfort Kits. The alliance provides care packages of morale-boosting items to veterans coping with cancer treatment. Giving Comfort, a charitable program within the pharmaceutical company's McKesson Foundation, manages distribution of the Comfort Kits.
