The Homescan Consumer Panel is now named the National Consumer Panel. Members of the panel are individuals who volunteer to be part of the program by registering at NCPonline.com.
Members of the National Consumer Panel share information about products they have purchased and television shows they have watched. Panelists are also asked their opinions about things they buy and view.
The time commitment for members of NCP is approximately one hour per week. To compensate them for their time, members of NCP earn points; the longer members stay on the panel, the more points they earn, as of 2016. Points are redeemable for rewards.
