How Do HCA Employees Set up Online Accounts Where They Can View Pay Stubs?

To set up an online account as an employee of Hospital Corporation of America, visit the Parallon E-Stub website at, and log into the portal with the username given to you by your employer, along with the password, which is your Social Security number.

The username provided by your company's human resources department is made up of three to four digits, and your password cannot include any spaces or additional characters. If you have not received a username, contact your human resources department or manager. After logging in, provide your nine-digit employee ID, which appears on your pay stubs. Enter your date of birth when prompted, and then click the Submit button.

Change your password by typing your Social Security number in the Current Password field, and create a new password of your choice that contains at least six digits in the New Password field. Update your new password by clicking the Change Password link. After officially creating your account, an E-W2 Election terms-and-conditions agreement appears; Read the conditions, provide your email address, and click the Access button.

After accessing your account, answer the five security questions that appear on your profile page, and select Update. To view pay stubs, click the Current Pay Period tab.
