Users unable to log into their PayPal account will need to reset some of their account information, notes PayPal. This includes account email address and password.
There are several reasons why it users may not be able to log into their PayPal accounts. This is usually due to not remembering the account's password or email address. On the website account log in page, there is a link below the Log In button called "Forgot your email or password?" A box will pop up if there needs to be a password reset. If the user is not sure of the email address, there is a link on this page called "Recover it." This link will take the user to account support, as noted on the PayPal website.
