Showing recognition for employees who deserve to be rewarded for their hard work is a great way to show that individual work is being noticed and to give a shout out that inspires other employees to do the same. This can be done in a staff email, bulletin board in the break room or mentioning a specific person's name in a group meeting.
Monetary rewards can also be used as rewards for employees who hit a certain goal or achieved something spectacular. This might be a gift card given to the top sales person for each quarter, or concert tickets for an employee that beat the word-processing record.
