Employers may post job ads for free on websites such as JobSpider.com and ResumeBucket.com as of 2015. To post an ad, an employer must first create a free account.
Modeled after Craigslist, JobSpider.com is free to both job seekers and employers. The job board derives revenue from advertisers and from fees that employers make for bulk-importing jobs. Started and designed by Chris McGarry, JobSpider.com has grown in popularity to rival more popular job boards such as Monster and HotJobs.
ResumeBucket claims to be one of the fastest-growing free employment job boards in the world. Employers can create company profiles, post job ads and search the site's database of more than 2.6 million resumes. The site claims to add about 1,500 resumes from job seekers daily.
