To get forms from the South Carolina Department of Revenue, visit the official website at DOR.SC.Gov and go to the Forms section. Access the desired forms by clicking on the Forms tab at the top of the page, and then selecting Find a Form.
Once on this page, enter a name or keyword for the type of form, says the South Carolina Department of Revenue. If you know the form number, enter it in the first box. Some other options include entering the tax category and tax year. All of these details are not necessary in order to find forms. For example, if you know you need individual income forms for 2016, select those options under category and year, and click the button to reveal a list of various forms. This option helps when you aren't sure of the exact number or name of the form.
On the other hand, if you know the form is called the Initial Annual Report of Corporations, but don't know the proper category, enter the name and click the button. The results appear, showing the version of the form for all available tax years. You can also simply select any category to view all forms within that category, such as corporate, miscellaneous, individual income or tax credits, as noted by the DOR.
