Benefits provided by the FMC4ME program include wellness plans and health insurance, 401k contributions, flexible schedules and paid time off from work. Fresenius Medical Care states that it believes in rewarding FMCNA employees with competitive compensation and benefits packages that meet the needs of their workforce.
FMCNA believes that in order for their patients to be provided with the best care, their employees must be well cared for and free to focus on important everyday challenges, according to the company website. FMC4ME offers customized programs giving flexibility, choices and support needed by the employees to perform at their best level, thus providing its patients with life-changing care.
One such program is the PTO, explains FMCNA. The PTO program enables employees to take paid time off for vacation, holiday and personal time when working as a full-time or part-time employee, thus enabling the workforce to spend as much time as possible with friends and family.
Employees may also choose between two dental plans, Aetna Dental DMO and Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental PPO. UnitedHealthcare Vision, which provides access to a nationwide network of private-practice optometrists and ophthalmologists may also be chosen by employees, states FMCNA. Eligible employees may also receive up to $4,400 per calendar year for approved tuition, registration, required books and laboratory fees as part of the tuition reimbursement program.
