Go to Manpower's website for job candidates from a Web browser, and click on the "Apply Now" button on the right side of the page.
Enter the applicant's name, email address, street, city, state, ZIP code, country, primary phone number and secondary phone number.
Answer if the applicant will relocate for work. Select a skill, skill level and years of experience from the drop-down menus, and click the "Save Skill" button. Add more skills if applicable.
Select the preferred language and nearest branch from the drop-down menus. Determine a maximum of five places for work by clicking the state's name to and marking the boxes for each city. Choose the preferred occupation fields by clicking on the desired occupation type.
To upload an existing resume, click the "Browse" button and choose the local location of the file. To insert the resume in the application by directly from another document instead, click the "Paste Resume" option and then copy and paste the text into the empty field.
Choose a username and password. To receive Manpower's assistance with finding a job, check the box for this service and choose the preferred method of contact from the drop-down menu. Click the "privacy notice" link and read the terms, and then check the box which indicates that the notice is understood. Click the "Apply Now" button to complete the application.
