The contact center accepts calls 24 hours a day and every day of the week, explains State Auto. To file a claim for incidents involving auto glass only, there is a separate number to call. To check on the status of a claim, call your State Auto adjuster directly or call the contact center.
Information needed to file all claims include your name, phone number and email address as well as the date and address the incident or loss occurred, states State Auto. Specific information needed to file an auto claim includes the vehicle driven during the accident, the names, phone numbers and email addresses of the drivers involved in the incident, and contact information for any passengers in the vehicles. State Auto also needs a copy of the police report if there is one.
