The PayPower Visa prepaid card also requires various fees for ATM uses, such as a domestic ATM withdrawal fee of $1.95 per transaction, a domestic ATM balance inquiry fee of $0.50 per transaction, an international ATM withdrawal fee of $3.95 per transaction and an international ATM balance inquiry of $0.95 per transaction (these numbers do not include any third party ATM fees).
