CXS has a voluntary referral program, and may refer employees with alcohol or drug use problems, such as Operation RedBlock or another service. CXS has a policy to maintain confidentiality during these sessions, and also provides for a leave of absence for an affected employee of not less than 45 days if treatment is necessary.
