The Federal Reserve System National Information Center also maintains a searchable online index that includes FDIC-insured institutions and bank holding companies. Online searches are available 24 hours a day. Representatives are available on the phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST except for federal holidays.
