Priority Mail Express is available to ship all letters and packages up to 70 pounds. The weight of the package and the distance it is being shipped determine the prices for next-day delivery. Flat rate Priority Mail Express boxes are available at USPS locations, as of 2015. Additional services available with Priority Mail Express, in some locations, include delivery before 10:30 a.m., Sunday delivery and holiday delivery.
