There are two settlement classes: FSP and In-Network. FSP settlement class members had Family SharePlans that billed incorrect, higher rates for two or more phones after the monthly minute allowance was exhausted. In-Network settlement class members were charged through the VISION or I2K billing systems for in-network or in-family calls while covered by a Family SharePlan with unlimited in-network and in-family calling.
Verizon Wireless alerted potential members of the settlement classes through phone and email messages. Eligible settlement members who did not receive a notice can file a claim through the settlement's official website.Learn more about Financial Calculations
