To enroll in Excellus BlueCross BlueShield online, follow the steps below, as outlined by ExcellusBCBS.com.

Visit ExcellusBCBS.com and click on the "I am Ready to Enroll" link. Next, click the "Enroll in 2015 Plan" button.
After selecting "Enroll in 2015 Plan," click on "Compare Plans" to compare available Excellus Medicare Advantage plans or click the "Enroll Now" button to start the enrollment process, which requires submitting a ZIP code to find eligible plans and then following the prompts to complete enrollment.
In order to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan with Excellus, an enrollee must be eligible to join, switch or drop a plan, notes ExcellusBCBS.com. Any enrollee may enroll when he first becomes eligible for Medicare or within three months before or after the 25th month of disability. Open enrollment, which is called the Annual Election period, runs from October 15 to December 7 each year for plans that begin in January of the following year.
Save the application at any time during the enrollment process, and sign back into the saved application to complete it by clicking "Sign in to Access a Saved Application" from the enrollment page.
