To enroll in 24-hour banking from Patelco, visit Patelco.com, click Online & Mobile, click Online Banking and click Sign Up for Online Banking. Enter your member number, Social Security number, ZIP code, year of birth and email address, then click Continue and follow the prompts.
Patelco offers two forms of 24-hour banking, which are online banking or telephone banking, otherwise known as Call-24 as of 2015. To bank by telephone at any time, call the toll-free number located on Patelco.com under Online & Mobile, Mobile Banking and Telephone Banking. The service is automated and requires a touch-tone phone and a PIN that you must first set up via the online banking feature.
With Call-24 you can advance funds from your line of credit, obtain updates on loans, pay your credit card bills, transfer funds and check your balances. With online banking, you can enroll in one-time or recurrent bill pay, view electronic statements and receive account alerts.
You also can perform several types of fund transfers, such as a regular transfer between your Patelco accounts, member-to-member transfers to other Patelco account holders, email address transfers to individuals, international transfers and transfers to external institutions other than Patelco.
As part of its online and mobile service guarantee, Patelco replaces approximately 100 percent of any unauthorized removal of funds, such as online theft, from your accounts.
