Plan Members are eligible to access this service if their mail or home addresses are in the United States. They are eligible to access Benefits Connect if they are currently receiving monthly benefits or have enrolled for benefits under either free coverage, unemployed member, seminary student, active service at an employing organization or a church, disabled member, surviving spouse of a deceased member or retired member.
Plan Members are ineligible to access this service after termination of their benefits enrollment status or they are in active military service.
Authorized Web representatives can access Benefits Connect if the billing address of their employing organization or church is in the United States and if their employing organization or church is currently receiving monthly invoices from the Board of Pensions.
Authorized Web representatives are ineligible to access this service if the billing address for their employing organization or church is outside the United States.
