OUC offers six different methods to pay a bill. At OUC website's home page, clicking on the Pay My Bill link located on the far left of the top header bar leads to an organized table showing each type of payment method available and its respective features and details.

Online methods of payment include eCheck, credit card payments, debit card payments and AutoPay. ECheck and credit/debit cards are one-time payments while those who sign up for AutoPay establish recurring payments. Credit or debit card payments incur a $3.75 fee while the other online options are free of fees as of 2015.

Non-online options include paying by mail, by phone and in person. Payments by mail can only be made by check or money order; the only fee is the initial cost of postage. Payments by phone are free with eCheck or $3.75 if using a credit or debit card. Payments in person can be made with cash, check or money order; fees are determined by location.
