CertainTeed, Georgia-Pacific, USG, American Gypsum, United States Gypsum, TIN, New NGC, LaFarge North America and PABCO Building Products were accused of coordinating a price raise of 35 to 37 percent in 2011. Drywall prices spiked again in 2013 when manufacturers increased prices 25 to 35 percent.
