ADP no longer uses paper forms for direct deposit. Direct deposit from ADP is managed online through the ADP Portal. In addition to establishing and managing direct deposit online, the ADP Portal can also be used to make changes to your ADP payroll information due to marriage, divorce, moving or having a child.
Navigate to the ADP Portal: Login and Support page and click Employee Login, if you have your login information. The next pages are the secured portions of the ADP website where you can establish or change your direct deposit information.
If this is your first time logging into the ADP Portal, refer to the Getting Started portion of the web page. Before being able to register, you must get your ADP registration code from the payroll administrator at your company.
Once you have the ADP registration code, click on the First Time Users Register Here link and follow the instructions to get your username and password. During the registration process, you must enter your contact information and set up security questions and answers for future use.
Common problems experienced logging into the ADP Portal include misspelled passwords, Internet connection problems or Internet browser difficulties. Microsoft Internet Explorer. Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari are all acceptable browsers for use with the ADP Portal.
