The Gold MasterCard includes all benefits of the Standard MasterCard, plus rental insurance and MasterAssist, which is a travel assistance service. Platinum MasterCard has the added benefit of paying for the travel service that MasterAssist helps arrange. It also offers concierge service that provides shopping information and executive services.
World MasterCard provides the benefits offered by the Platinum level and adds baggage, accident and trip cancellation insurance, purchase assurance, and price and warranty protection, according to NerdWallet. The MasterCard Black level includes the Priority Pass Program, which grants access to VIP airport lounges and a personalized concierge service. The World Elite MasterCard is the premier reward program that offers other exclusive rewards befitting world travelers.
