The webinar "Millennials in the Workforce" enables participants to gain credits for recertification credit hours through the HR Certification Institute. The webinar takes place over two sessions; the first, "Coaching Millennial Talent," teaches HR managers how to better communicate with workers in the millennial generation by discrediting stereotypes about this generation. The second session focuses on strategies for mentoring millennial employees and explores ways to keep institutional knowledge from being lost with the retirement of baby boomers.
During the seminar "ADA: Compliant or Complacent?", Kristin L. Kahle, the founder and CEO of NavigateHCR, focuses on the Affordable Care Act. The session helps managers understand the fundamentals of the ACA and examines difficulties that may arise from implementing new health care policies. Relevant topics in the seminar include the individual mandate, employer-shared responsibility for health care, and compliance notices.
