Set the business card text margins to between 1/8 and 1/4 of an inch to prevent accidental text cut off during the printing process.
Add a company logo or related image on the business card. Select the logo, image size and colors.
Add contact information such as your name, job title, email address, website address, street address and phone numbers, including your mobile phone and fax numbers. Optional extra text includes your company slogan or years in service. Use the back of the card to list specialty services or a company mission statement.
Choose a background color that highlights your company logo and related images and allows text to be seen clearly. Use this color on the front only, unless you're adding text to the back of the card.
Select a font style, color and size that people can easily read. Font colors should stand out from the background color.
