Damark catalog was a list of goods that Damark sold from 1987 to 2000. Damark used to mail the catalogs to their customers and used newspaper ads to increase their sales. All the products in the catalog were warranted.
Damark marked down those products that were slow and re-advertised them until consumers bought them. The mail-order business played a crucial role in Damark's growth and expansion. Damark was sending one catalog each month to existing customers and another to potential customers from rented lists. In 2000, Damark announced that it was leaving the catalog business to focus on the e-business market.
